Returns and Exchanges Policy

  • Returns or exchanges of a product are a right for all our customers, and they apply to all products offered in our store.
  • All products offered in our store are subject to the exchange and refund policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
  • Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in its original packaging.
  • Returns within three (3) days and replacements within seven (7) days from the purchase date.
  • Please contact us via the Contact Us page or our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
  • Please take a photo and send the product along with the specified city, address, and order number so it can be replaced with another product in the event that the product is damaged or has a certain defect, or if it has not been used in accordance with the agreement.
  • The full amount is refunded to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product presented on our website.
  • We are not responsible for the customer’s expectations regarding product usage that we have not mentioned on the product page on our website.
  • Deduct 30% or a value of at least 8,000 TZS if the customer no longer wants the product and it has no mentioned defects or issues.
